Qing Dynasty Filigree Claws

Popularized during the Qing Dynasty, growing the pinky and ring fingernails extremely long was a sign of wealth and power, indicating the wearer of such nails was beyond manual labor. Concubines, then later those of the working class wishing to emulate this fashion trend, would wear fancy nail coverings to protect their long nails while they put in hours at their day job.

We include 4 pieces in these sets; to be worn in the traditional way (just pinky and ring finger) on both hands, or wearing four pieces on one hand for the ultimate claw vibe!

The metal is adjustable by squeezing or opening to fit a variety of finger sizes. We also include a gold pouch for storing your fancy fingers!

All sales final.
